How to get Overleaf Premium

Overleaf is a LaTeX platform for writing papers and collaborating on them. You can use it for writing papers using LaTeX, import templates, it supports changes reviewing system. history, git integration, etc.

A free Overleaf account is restricted so you can collaborate only with 2 people or so, which is often limiting. You can get a premium Overleaf for free attached to your UCSB account which will increase number of people you can collaborate with.

Instructions

This is available to UCSB faculty, research staff, post-docs, and graduate students only. Undergraduate students are not eligible.

To request a premium Overleaf account, your PI/advisor should fill this form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfuuV4gZ-Bb1QPA02of398l1_1Wy6ZRhNBW90JnQ10TBQbmBA/viewform. Afterwards, you'll receive an email with further instructions.
